Hello,
I'll start the post becouse i can see that more people are having the following error, but nobody takes te time to start a topic regarding this error.
I keep getting the following error :
The ID provided is not valid, please change this in extensions->modules within the administration panel
What to do about this ?

When I first installed the component and the module, it didn't work.
But then I went to the forum of them and rapidily It was clear why it was not showing the tags in my website. Excelent extension.
The best thing is that you don't have to fill the key words of each article. The extension creates it for you. It's almost like magic.
After you see it working it's impossible not make the donation (I did).

I plan on changing params.ini a bit before the next release, but after that change a translation would be great! |

Bugs and suggestions
Hi. I have a list of bugs an suggestions to improve this fantastic template. I'll try to resume it because is a large list, if you have any question, ask me.
List of bugs and errors
- If you click on an item of the top menu (the ítems that display the submenu), it opens a window with a 404 error.
- Some windows are too small by default and you need to resize it to see all the content of the window.
- The minimized windows need a icon for each component when they are in the bar of the bottom.
- The link at the right-top to the messages, next to the logout, opens a new browser tab.
- If you press F11 to toggle fullscreen, the windows can’t be larger (and it should).
- The name of some items of the displayed menus are too long and are in too lines (would be better if they are only in one line).
- When you click on the X to close a window, you go to # (add return false to the link).
- In Joomla 1.6 (2 weeks ago more or less trunk), the componentes you open in the windows don’t see very well (sometimes don’t have CSS or the text is disordered).
- Check if all the icons in the folder images/icons are needed. I think there are a lot of bigger images that the template doesn’t use.
- When you are in article manager for example, the links below to the next page of articles doesn’t work. It happens in all the components, at least in Joomla 1.6.
- In Joomla 1.6 (2 weeks ago trunk), the link below to the com_massmail doesn’t work.
Additions
- Add back and forward buttons to every window. It would be easy to add a button to forward to one referrer I think.
- The URL could contain info about the windows that are opened, so you can distribute the link to another admin or bookmark it. Example of the URL: http://localhost/joomla16/administrator/#windows= com_contact;com_content.
- Maximize the window when you do doubleclick on the top border (as in many Operative Systems).
- When you open a lot of windows, each new window will open over the previous, so you can’t know if there is other windows behind. Mi idea is that every new window opens a bit below than the latest if the latest was not moved yet, so you can see the title of the other windows. Example of this here.
- As I commented at the Joomla mail list, I think the bar of the bottom is useful only for the minimized windows (link). |

Joomla module/template XML file creator
As any Joomla! developer will know, its great fun creating the template/module/plugin or component but not fun having to manually write that list of files into the xml file afterwards! Here is a solution, the module above will simply let you upload a .zip (without your .xml file and then it will parse through the .zip and then output some clean XML file list for you automatically. All you need to do is select template or module, and specify a module name if you chose module. The program will do the rest, if you have a component or plugin, unfortunately I haven't encorporated those yet, but if you use the XML creator for 'template' it will atleast give you the full list of files, this will potentially save you a lot of time when creating a templateDetails.xml or a general addon XML file.

Good news all, you can see the new release of my sociable and sharethis module here, I hope you all get some good user out of it, and will leave the link back to the site, and we get some more development moving on here!
The reason behind building this is that the prior sociables available on Joomla! extensions library are either of poor quality, or a plugin, and half of those don't work properly or give half of the social networking sites this one gives!
Anyway, I hope you all enjoy the module, and remember this sociable module works with everything Joomla related so it will be especially useful for you guys out there who want to share your virtuemart products online!
